About Me
My Story
My journey into counselling began with a deep interest in psychology and a lifelong curiosity about relationships – the ones we have with ourselves and the ones we have with others. I love to listen to people and understand life from other people’s perspective.
I first trained as a Relationship Counsellor (2014) and CBT Practitioner (2015), and later expanded into integrative and multicultural approaches to counselling and psychotherapy (2025).
Today, I bring a wealth of experience, compassion, and a tailored, client-focused approach to every session. I love working with people to help them unpack their problems and help them develop the tools to cope with life’s challenges in more helpful ways.
I offer professional expertise across multiple therapeutic disciplines to meet client needs. My approach is collaborative and person centred.
I work to create a safe non-judgemental space for couples and individuals.
I qualified in 2014, I adhere to the professional codes of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists https://www.apcp.ie/.
I engage in continued professional development and receive clinical supervision for my client work.

Alongside my therapeutic work,
I am also a qualified yoga teacher.
I facilitate a weekly online Yoga Nidra Community to help people
rest, restore and rebalance.
